Insurance companies handle thousands of claims at a time. To them, your accident is a file with a number on it, and their job is to close that file for as little as possible. Big injury firms can end up working the same way, passing your case between assistants while you wait weeks for a call back.

Minasian Law was built to be the opposite of that. Attorney Miko Minasian keeps the caseload small enough that every client has his direct line. When you call, you get the person who actually knows your case, and when a decision needs to be made, you make it together.

How we work

Every case starts with a free consultation. Tell us what happened, and we'll give you an honest read on whether you have a case and what it might be worth. If we take it, we handle everything: the investigation, the paperwork, the phone calls with adjusters, the negotiation. You focus on getting your life back in order.

You pay nothing up front and nothing out of pocket. Our fee comes out of the recovery we win for you, so if we don't win, you don't owe us a fee. We only get paid when you do, which means we take on the same risk you do and fight accordingly.
