Your vehicle deserves proper repairs. If it can't be saved, you deserve a settlement that reflects what it was really worth.

When another driver damages your car, you shouldn't have to fight their insurance company alone. We point you to a body shop we trust so the repairs are done right, and we take over communication with the adjuster so nothing gets lost or delayed.

If the vehicle is declared a total loss, expect the first offer to be low. We push back with independent valuations until the settlement reflects what your car was actually worth.

Repair, or total loss?

After an accident, the insurer decides whether to pay for repairs or declare the vehicle a total loss, which generally happens when repairs approach the car's market value. That valuation is where people get shortchanged: the insurer's number often ignores your vehicle's condition, options, mileage, and what comparable cars actually sell for in your area. You have the right to challenge it, and we do, with independent valuations.

Costs people don't realize are covered

A property damage claim against an at-fault driver can include more than bodywork: a rental car or reimbursement for the time you're without your vehicle, towing and storage, damaged personal items inside the car, and in some cases the vehicle's diminished resale value even after proper repairs. Insurers rarely volunteer these. We claim them.

One more thing worth knowing: you get to choose the body shop. The insurer can recommend its network shop, but California law doesn't let them force it. We'll point you to a shop we trust so the repairs are done right the first time.

Diminished value claims

Even after perfect repairs, a car with an accident on its history report is worth less than the same car without one. That gap is called diminished value, and when another driver caused the accident, California law lets you claim it from their insurer. Most people never do, because insurers certainly don't bring it up.

We document your vehicle's pre-accident value, obtain a post-repair appraisal, and pursue the difference as part of your claim, so the accident doesn't quietly cost you thousands when it's time to sell or trade in.
