When you fill out a form on this site, call us, email us, or text us, you may provide:

Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive details through the website form. Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. We still treat what you send us with care and do not share it except as described below.

If you check the consent box on one of our forms or otherwise agree to receive texts, we may send you SMS messages about your inquiry, consultation, and case. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.
Your mobile phone number and your text-messaging opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
How we share information
We share your information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the site and communicate with you, such as our website host and form processor (Netlify), email, telephone, and text-messaging providers. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
- Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request. Google's privacy policy governs that data.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, court order, or our professional obligations, or to protect the rights and safety of the Firm, our clients, or others.
- Your matter. If you become a client, we share information as needed to handle your case, for example with insurers, courts, experts, and opposing parties, under your engagement agreement and the rules governing attorneys.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations. Client file retention is governed by our engagement agreement and California attorney rules.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your California privacy rights
California residents may have the right to request what personal information we have collected about them, to request that it be deleted or corrected, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may be exempt from deletion because of our legal and professional obligations.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
