Program description
Minasian Law Firm, APC ("the Firm") offers text messaging so we can reach you quickly about your inquiry and, if you become a client, your case. Messages may include responses to your questions, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, requests for documents or information, case status updates, and similar conversational messages. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
How you opt in
You agree to receive text messages from the Firm when you do any of the following:
- Check the text-message consent box on a form on this website and submit the form.
- Text us first at (818) 334-4340.
- Give us your mobile number by phone, in person, or in writing and ask us to text you.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of retaining the Firm or receiving any service from us. You can always reach us by phone or email instead.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and the needs of your case. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message, and we will not send further texts to that number unless you opt in again. You can also ask us to stop texting you by calling (818) 334-4340 or emailing miko@minasianlawla.com.

Privacy
Your mobile phone number and your opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Supported carriers and delivery
Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your number, please tell us so we can update our records.
Confidentiality note
Text messages are convenient but not a secure channel. Please avoid sending sensitive details by text. Texting the Firm does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship; that happens only through a signed engagement agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
